In addition to the piston diameter (p0310), the rod diameter at the A and B sides (p0311,
p0312) must be entered. For a differential cylinder, both rod diameters are different, one of
the rods might even have a zero diameter. The maximum piston stroke (p0313) and the
cylinder dead volume (p0314, p0315) are also required.
The cylinder dead volume is the liquid volume between the cylinder and servo solenoid valve
which cannot be displaced by the piston.
The dead volume attributable to the pipework is separately parameterized (p0346 to p0348).
