Measuring the characteristic and optimizing the HLA is shown in a simplified fashion as
follows:
1. After calling the HLA optimization, you go to the start dialog:

2. Using the "Measure" softkey, go to the "Measurement" dialog, and there, start the
characteristic measurement using the "Start measurement" softkey:
