300511 Meas. value memory active POWER ON
Cyclic after control power up
S Pulse suppression, motor runs down
S SIMODRIVE_READY and DRIVE_READY are cancelled.
S Power On error
Measured value memory is active during power up
Start up again!
Applies as from SW 4
300515 Heat sink temperature alarm POWER ON
Cyclic after control power up
for MSD:
S Pulse suppression, motor runs down
S SIMODRIVE_READY and DRIVE_READY are cancelled.
S Power On error
for FDD:
S Controllers are disabled, motor is braked
S SIMODRIVE_READY and DRIVE_READY are cancelled
S Power On error
As from drive SW 2, response can be configured via MD 1612.15
Heat sink temperature in hot state and time of 20 s expired.
S Converter overload
S Ambient temperature too high
S Fan not working
S Temperature encoder faulty
Eliminate cause
Applies as from SW 3
300606 Flux controller at end stop Reset key
Cyclically after the control is switched on
S Pulse reset, motor coasts down
S SIMODRIVE READY and DRIVE_READY are reset.
S Reset error
The specified flux setpoint cannot be achieved although the maximum current is specified.
Causes:
S Motor data (equivalent circuit diagram data) are incorrect
S Motor data and type of connection of motor (start/delta) do not match
S Motor is unstable because motor data are completely wrong
S Current limit is too low for motor (0.9 *MD 1238 * MD 1103 < MD 1136)
Eliminate cause
Alarm in SW 5 and higher
300607 Current controller at end stop Reset key
Cyclically after the control is switched on
S Pulse reset, motor coasts down
S SIMODRIVE READY and DRIVE_READY are reset.
S Reset error
The specified current setpoint cannot be injected in the motor although the maximum voltage is defined.
Possible causes:
S Motor either not connected or phase missing
Check motor converter connecting cable.
Alarm in SW 5 and higher (611D: SW 3.1 and higher)
