Install appropriate thread type pipe plug into each output port(s).The only pneumatic line
connected to the PS2 should be supply. See photo below.
Note
Single
-acting only has one output.
Use two-button method to pressurize the output chamber.
Repeat this in both directions.
If PS2 can output full supply and fully exhaust, then something else is preventing actuator
from fully closing or opening. Check valve assembly for mechanical blockage and air leaks.
Also verify supply is at required pressure for application.
If PS2 does not exhaust pressure from one of the output ports, replace valve block.
If unit does not hold pressure when buttons are released, check for leaks around pipe
plug(s), gauge manifold block and PS2 pneumatic connection block (this is a black
anodized aluminum block directly against PS2 enclosure).
If no leaks are found, replace valve block.
Replacement Part Numbers
Pneumatic single-acting piezo block kit: C73451-A430-D80
Pneumatic double-acting piezo block kit: C73451-A430-D81
Each kit includes: Valve block, O-ring and Screws.
