Device is in safety validation mode.
Complete the functional test and conrm that it was successful in the Func‐
tional Safety wizard.
SU Safety critical device error Permanent safety-related errors of a device with functional safety.
Repair and exchange of the spare parts are not intended for devices with
functional safety.
Acknowledge the error in menu "Functional Safety". If the device does not
display an error, repeat the safety start up.
If the problem persists, replace the device.
