Lamp test
Purpose of the lamp test
Alarms, faults and operating state of the fire detection system are indicated by LEDs in the dis-
play fields, the text display and the alarm buzzer of the control console.
To check the correct function of these parts the lamp test can be initiated: All visual and audible
devices of the control console are activated for a few seconds.
Frequency
The lamps have to be tested at least once a year.

− buzzer audible?
− missing segments in text display?
If one or more devices are malfunctional, call the SIEMENS service organization.
