Operator’s Registration Template
Before an operator is allowed to handle the batteries used in the Sigicom
INFRA C12, the safety instructions must be carefully read and confirmed
to the manufacturer (Sigicom):
Scan and send copy by E-mail or send original by air-mail to Sigicom. See
chapter 10 Contact and Support.
I hereby confirm that I have taken part of, and will
follow in fully:
• All safety and transport instructions in this
manual regarding the Li-Ion batteries used
in this equipment.
• The safety and transportation rules in this
manual and appointed Sigicom support web
page.
• The disposal rules of the batteries used in the
equipment.
