10.3 Clean sensor head
WARNING!
Do not remove the photometer without first draining
the process line!
u Remove the photometer.
u Clean windows (1), (2), (3) with mild, abrasive-free
cleaning agent (e.g. alcohol or soap). Use a soft,
non-lint cloth.
u Install the photometer.

10.4 Calibration check
Calibration check, general
l An adjustment leads to deviations from the previous measured value.
l The turbidity measuring channels (C1, C2) can be calibrated with the solid reference and tap water or for-
mazine.
l For the contamination and colour channel (C3, C4), distilled water is used.
DANGER
Skin or eye damage caused by formazine (hydrazine sulphate).
Unprotected skin or eye contact with formazine may cause skin or eye damage.
u Wear protective goggles and gloves.
u Wash hands after work.
