5.7 GAUGING
The following components on th e machine have a specific ‘self-setting’ procedure wi th the u se o f
regulating templates (chap.1.5 "Accessories provided", page 9):
- CLAMPS
- CUTTERS
- ADAPTERS
CUTTERS do not need an automatic calibration system.
ADAPTERS provided as optionals do not require calibrating. However, if necessary adjustments can
be made to the c utting data, according to the procedures de scribed in chap.5.3.2 "ACCESSORY
FUNCTIONS FOR “COPY BY DATA CARD”", page 25.
In the circumstances listed below (see events) it may be necessary to re-set one or all of the clamps
and/or cutters that the user has in possession. This operation is semi-automatic and requires close
attention to the instructions listed below.
From the initial screen press MENU then F1 to
enable the function.
