5.7.1 CALIBRATE STANDARD JAWS
1) Press F1 to access the list of clamps.
2) Select standard clamp V100, then pr ess
ENTER.
3) Press START to proceed with
automatic calibration ;
the display will show:

5) Make sure the U01W stan dard pris matic cutter is
installed.
ATTENTION:if the original Silca U01W cutter is
replaced with one that is NOT original or has been
sharpened, it will be necessary to repeat clamp
calibration and also gauge all the optional
cutters.
6) Press ENTER, the display will show:
7) Fit the test key blank (Z3 template) into side A of the
clamp (Stop 0).

9) Clean the pr eviously cut test k ey (template Z3) and
measure measure ments A and B with a centesimal
gauge.
