Preparations
1) Place the appliance on a horizontal, level, stable and heat-resistant surface.
NOTE
► If y
ou wish to place the deep fat fryer below the cooker extraction hood,
ensure that the cooker is switched off.
2) Unwind all of the power cable from the cable retainer .

Pr
ess the lid release button . The appliance lid flips open.
4)
R
emove the frying basket and attach the handle :
– pr
ess the handles together so that the holding pins can be inserted into
the eyelets on the frying basket . The handles must lie under the
upper end of the connecting piece on the frying basket :
– Loosen your grip on the pressed-together rods on the handle so that
the holding pins project into the holes:
