the problem persists,
send
the generator for
repair. See section 10.

away for repair (see

The signal voltage is too
high on one of the
analogue control inputs.
Check whether the
analogue control signals
are correctly configured

6650 and 6660).
“Too many ARCs

Too many arcs have
occurred in too short a
time.
Reduce the set high
voltage.
“Communication
error!” appears on
the display
A communication
problem has occurred
with the Anybus
module.
