A hydraulic diagram, wiring diagram and table of configuration para-
meters is provided for each of these below, in which the parameters
to be changed with respect to factory settings are identified. The
complete list of parameters provided in sections 10, 11 and 12 may
be used to restore starting conditions if parameters are changed
unintentionally. Once you have selected the type of system, all you
have to do is enter the parameters appearing in the corresponding
table in the controller and perform tests on outputs and inputs to
check that all connected components have been identified correctly
(this is recommended).
3.1 PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
1) REMOVE THE JUMPERS FROM THE TERMINAL IN THE BOI-
LER’S ELECTRICAL PANEL (REFER TO THE BOILER WIRING
DIAGRAM)
2) TO ENSURE CORRECT FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE, SET THE
BOILER CONTROL THERMOSTAT TO THE MAXIMUM SETTING
3.2 CABLE LENGTH
Maximum lengths for cables used to connect Albatros RVA43.222
(LPB bus) units with one another and with their probes are shown in
the table below in relation to cable section.

3.3 SYSTEM I1: HEATING ONLY
The features of this type of system are summed up below:
– Automatic Summer/Winter switchover.
– Climate control with outdoor probe.
– Boiler works only on demand from room thermostat.
– Minimum boiler temperature is maintained.
– Anti-condensation protection on the basis of return temperature.
– Weekly heating programming.
The components included in the boiler kit to be purchased are as fol-
lows (the QAC31 outdoor temperature probe is sold separately):
