7. Remove the Limiter
8. In order to install the new Limiter, perform the removal steps in reverse order
9. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
10. On the electric switchboard, set the radar main breaker to ON and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
Noise diode replacement
1. On the electric switchboard, switch OFF the radar main breaker and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
2. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the OFF position and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
3. Remove the eight screws securing the cover
4. Remove the cover
5. Remove the Noise diode cable connector, taking note of its position
6. Unscrew and remove the Noise diode (A)

7. In order to install the new Noise diode, perform the removal steps in reverse order
8. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
9. On the electric switchboard, set the radar main breaker to ON and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
Electronics assy disassembly
1. On the electric switchboard, switch OFF the radar main breaker and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
2. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the OFF position and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
3. Remove the eight screws securing the cover
4. Remove the cover
5. Remove the magnetron cables from their cable clamps
¼ Note: Hold the Electronics assy to avoid any damage during screws removal
6. Remove the six screws securing the Electronics assy
7. Slide out the Electronics assy until the three internal holes of the Electronic assy coincide with
the three external holes of the mechanical chassis
8. Secure the Electronics assy using the three screws previously removed
