5. In order to install the new SRT LAN CPU PCB, perform the removal steps in reverse order
6. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
7. On the electric switchboard, set the radar main breaker to ON and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
Electronics frame disassembling
1. On the electric switchboard, switch OFF the radar main breaker and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
2. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the OFF position and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
3. Switch the safety switch to the OFF position
4. Remove the six nuts securing the motor side cover and the six nuts securing the electronics
side cover
5. Move the covers towards the outside
¼ Note: When the covers are free ensure that the safety chain is properly anchored both to the
covers and the structure of the pedestal.
6. Open the covers
¼ Note: The covers should be supported by the chain. The top housing is very heavy and if
unsecured and accidentally allowed to close, it could cause serious injuries.
7. From the motor side, remove the two screws (A)
8. From the electronics side remove the two screws (B)

9. Remove the electronics frame by pulling it towards the outside
¼ Note: If any cable prevents the frame from moving, disconnect their connector taking note of
its position.
SRT ADA PCB replacement
1. Follow the steps for “Electronics frame disassembling” on page 34
2. Remove the cabling connectors, taking note of their position
3. Remove the four nuts securing the SRT ADA PCB (A)
