12. Move the coaxial cable connector to outside
13. Remove the wires connected to the TB1 terminal board, taking note of their position
14. Unscrew the cable gland nut
15. Move the down-mast cable until the wires are out of the pedestal
16. Remove the nut securing the grounding cable to the grounding terminal
17. Remove the grounding cable
18. Remove the fasteners securing the pedestal
19. Remove the pedestal
20. In order to install the new pedestal, perform the removal steps in reverse order
21. Switch the safety switch to the ON position
22. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading

23. On the electric switchboard, set the radar main breaker to ON and remove the card reading

SRT LAN down-mast transceiver replacement
1. On the electric switchboard, switch OFF the radar main breaker and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
2. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the OFF position and place a card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
3. Partially unscrew the four screws securing the coaxial cable connector (A)
4. Remove the coaxial cable
5. Remove the down mast cable, the power cable and the ethernet cable
6. Remove the nut securing the grounding cable to the grounding terminal
7. Remove the grounding cable
¼ Note: Secure the SRT LAN down-mast transceiver to avoid any damage during the removal of
the fasteners.
8. Remove the fasteners securing the SRT LAN down-mast transceiver
9. Remove the SRT LAN down-mast transceiver

10. In order to install the new SRT LAN down-mast transceiver, perform the removal steps in
reverse order
11. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading

12. On the electric switchboard, set the radar main breaker to ON and remove the card reading
