Fault repair | SRT LAN radar sensor S-band down-mast Service Manual
SRT PWR-DC PCB replacement
1. Follow the steps for “Electronics assy disassembly” on page 30
2. Remove the SRT PWR-DC PCB cabling connectors, taking note of their position
3. Remove the nine nuts (A) and the two screws (B) securing the SRT PWR-DC PCB
4. Remove the SRT PWR-DC PCB

5. In order to install the new SRT PWR-DC PCB, perform the removal steps in reverse order
6. Reassemble the Electronics assy performing the removal steps in reverse order
7. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
8. On the electric switchboard, set the radar main breaker to ON and remove the card reading
WORK IN PROGRESS - DO NOT SWITCH ON
SRT MOS PCB replacement
1. Follow the steps for “Electronics assy disassembly” on page 30
2. Remove the SRT MOS PCB cabling connectors, taking note of their position
3. Remove the four nuts (A) securing the protective transparent cover
4. Remove the protective transparent cover
5. Remove the two nuts securing the Magnetron cables
6. Remove the Magnetron cables, tacking note of their position
7. Remove the four spacers
8. Remove the screw securing the SRT MOS PCB grounding cable to the Magnetron
9. Remove the four nuts (B) and the three screws (C) securing the SRT MOS PCB
10. Remove the SRT MOS PCB

11. In order to install the new SRT MOS PCB, perform the removal steps in reverse order
12. Reassemble the Electronics assy performing the removal steps in reverse order
13. On the R5000 PSU, switch the power switch to the ON position and remove the card reading
