standardcomputermouse.Whenaninstructiontellsyouto"select"or"left-click",
presstheleftbutton.Whenaninstructiontellsyouto"right-click",presstheright
button.
GUsethesebuttonstolowerandhoistthetransducer.Whilethetransducerismoving
theindicatorlampashes,andanaudiblesignalissounded.Whentherequested
positionhasbeenreached,theindicatorlampislit,andtheaudiblesignalstops.
•Up:PressUptohoistthetransducertoitsupperposition.
•Middle:PressMiddletoplacethetransducerinapredenedmiddleposition.
•Down:PressDowntolowerthetransducertoitsbottomposition.
HRotaryswitches:Turnarotaryswitchtoapplyapredenedfunction.Tochoose

bearingofthecurrentping.
•CircleMarker:PressCircleMarkertoplaceacircularmarkerintheactiveview.
Thecircleisdrawnwiththesamediameterasyourpurse.Bymeansofthecircle
youcanseethesizeoftheschoolrelativetoyourpurse.
•Gear:PressGeartoplaceagearsymbolintheactiveview.Thegearsymbolis
providedasatooltohelpyouplanandshootthepurseseine.Thesymbolis
intendedtobeusedinastructuredsequencethatstartswhenyouplantoshoot
thepurseseine.
JPressthesebuttonstostartpositionortargettracking.
•PositionTrack:UsethetrackballtocontrolthecursorintheSU90user
interface.ApositiontrackpermitstheSU90toautomaticallycontrolthetiltand
bearingbasedonthemovementsofyourvessel.Itlocksonapositiondenedby
itslatitude,longitudeanddepth.Thebearingandtiltsettingsareautomatically
adjustedtocompensateforthemovementsofyourvessel.
