menumaythereforechangefromoneviewtoanother.

thetopofthemenu.Thescreencapturemaynotshow
youallthemenuchoices.

Whenanacousticpulseissentthroughthewater,itwillgraduallyloseitsenergy.
Thegreaterthedistancebetweenthetransducerandthetarget(s),thegreatertheloss
ofenergy.TVG(TimeV ariableGain)compensatesforthelossofacousticenergy
duetogeometricspreadandabsorption.
•Ping-PingFilter
ThePing-PingFilteranalysesthehistoricalinformationfrompreviousconsecutive
pingsinordertoremoveunwantednoiseandfalseechoesfromtheSU90presentation.
