WhenyoudonotusetheSU90,turnitoffwiththePowerbuttonontheOperatingPanel.
IfthetransducerisloweredwhenyouturnofftheSU90,itisautomaticallyretractedto
itsupperposition.

IfyouturnofftheSU90bymeansoftheon/offswitchontheProcessorUnityoumay
damagethesoftwareandtheinterfacesettingsusedtocommunicatewithexternal
devices.

damagethetransducerbeyondrepair.Aphysicalblowtothetransducerfacemayeasily
damageoneormoreelements.Observethesetransducerhandlingrules:
•Donotactivatethetransducerwhenitisoutofthewater.
•Donothandlethetransducerroughlyandavoidimpacts.
•Donotexposethetransducertodirectsunlightorexcessiveheat.
•Donotdamagetheouterprotectiveskinofthetransducer.
