Assembly Instructions

Fitting the Stand

Locate the 2 x side sections and the 1 x front and 1 x rear sections of the saw stand and the fixing kit.

Fitting the Feet

Locate the 4 x feet and fit them in their correct positions.

Fitting the Front Feet

Fit the 2 x front feet using M8 bolts, washers and nuts.

Fitting the Rear Feet

Fit the 2 x rear feet using M8 bolts, washers and nuts.

Fitting the Front Fence Rail

Align and attach the front fence rail to the main table and extension tables.

Fitting the Rear Fence Rail

Align and attach the rear fence rail to the main table and extension tables.

Fitting the Rip-Fence

Fit the rip fence assembly onto the scale mount and slide onto rails.

Troubleshooting

Care and Maintenance

Replacing / Tensioning the Drive Belt

Re-tension or replace the main drive belt to ensure correct tension.

Setting the Distance Between the Blade and the Riving Knife

Adjust the gap between the blade and riving knife to be between 3mm and 8mm.
