3.3 Setting the guard rail into work
and transport position

Um Schutzbügel in Arbeitsstellung zu bringen
sind die folgenden Schritte zu beachten
(Bild 13):
Bolzen mit Klappsplint (2) ausziehen.
Schutzbügel (1) in horisontale
Arbeitsstellung absenken, Bolzen (2) wieder
einstecken und mit Klappsplint sichern.
Um Schutzbügel in Transportstellung zu bringen
sind die folgenden Schritte zu beachten:
Bolzen mit Klappsplint (2) ausziehen.
Schutzbügel (1) in vertikale
Transportstellung aufheben, Bolzen (2)
wieder einstecken und mit Klappsplint
sichern.
Schwadtuch hat in Transport- und
Arbeitsstellung immer vertikale position. Bei
Veränderung der Schutzbügelstellung Bolzen
(3) (Bild 14) ausziehen und Wechsel der
Schwadtuchstellung vornehmen.
To set the guard rails into working position the
following steps are required (fig. 13):
Pull out the bolt with pin (2).
Lower the guard rail (1) into horizontal
working position and put in the bolz (2)
again and secure it with pin.
To set the guard rails into transport position the
following steps are required:
Pull out the bolt with pin (2).
Lift the guard rail (1) into vertikal transport
position and put in the bolz (2) again and
secure it with pin.
The swath curtain has always vertical position in
transport and working position. Therefor change
of curtain position must be done by pulling out
the pin (3) (fig. 14) when changing the guard
rails position.
