oil stain. The buttons operate normally, and the opening and closing of the collimator
shall be easy, flexible and reliable.
b) The labeling and signs are complete and compliant, positioned properly, and the
printed text and pattern are clear and legible.
c) The voltage adjustment range of X-ray tube is 40kV~125kV, which can be adjusted in
different steps, at the increment of 1kV per step.
d) The adjustment range of the current time product is 0.4mAs~200mAs, which can be
adjusted in steps and changed by R′10.
e) On the portable X-ray unit, set the X-ray tube voltage to 100kV, and the current time
product to 20mAs. Place an X-ray quality detector in front of the portable X-ray unit at
1 meter away from the tube focus. Use the exposure hand switch to start the X-ray
exposure. The errors between: the voltage value and the current time product value
of the X-ray tube detected by the X-ray quality detector, and the corresponding
indication values shall comply with the requirements of 1.9 ESSENTIAL
PERFORMANCE in the Manual.
【Caution】: It is recommend that the quality control inspection as
described in step e) above shall be performed at least once a year, or regular
quality control testing of X-ray diagnostic equipment shall be performed in
accordance with local laws and regulations.
f) If step e) fails to comply with the relevant essential performance requirements, please
contact SIUI immediately, and SIUI’s qualified engineers are available for service.
g) The items packed in the package carton shall match the items listed in the packing list
in terms of models and quantity.
The device, accessories and accompanying documents in the carton shall be enclosed or
padded with film covers and shock-proof materials respectively, ensuring that the device
configuration is complete and safe for transport.
8.6 Cleaning and disinfection
If cleaning the case, portable X-ray machine control panel, and the display enclosure is
necessary, DO NOT use organic solvents and corrosive cleaning liquids for cleaning.
