Maintenance
8-2
can work normally. The tube training steps are as follows:
Turn on the device and warm it up for 10 minutes. Adjust the imaging condition to
40kV/1mAs, and perform exposure once every 2 minutes, 10 exposures in total.
b) Check the cables and sleeves every 6 months for aging or damage.
c) Check the connection of the cables/ wires of the main parts of the device
(portable X-ray machine, case), take care not to move any enclosure of the
portable X-ray machine, and do not disassemble or modify any parts in the power
cabinet.
d) Clean the device frequently when the device is powered off and the electrical
equipment is insulated.
8.4 Calibration Instruction
【Caution】: This operation requires the X-ray unit to be tested in a protective
room!
The calibration procedure for the SR-8210 requires special tools and should be
done by SIUI trained technicians only.
Tools required
:
• X-ray quality tester (recommended model: RTI model prinaha657)
• Dual channel oscilloscope
1) Before calibrating the voltage of the X-ray tube, the battery shall be fully charged in
advance, and the charger must be unplugged and put aside for 15 minutes.
2) The X-ray quality tester in use shall maintain an angle parallel to the X-ray output of
the unit, and the cross center of the X-ray quality tester shall coincide with the laser
focus of the X-ray unit. Monitor the actual exposure kV value, and use a digital
oscilloscope to monitor: the kV feedback monitoring point TP39 on the SYS board,
the mA feedback monitoring point TP43 on the SYS board,.
3) Loading exposure
a) Adjust the parameters on the panel to 100kV, 3.2mA,3.2mAs. First, remove the
