Safety Protection Device and Troubleshooting
7.1 Safety Protection Device and Precautions
a) Fuse: to avoid overcurrent, short circuit, and battery burn.
b) Temperature control switch: to protect the tube core.
c) Over-current protection circuit
d) To determine if over current occurs by monitoring battery capacity change when
exposure. If over current is detected, the device will stop to run automatically and
report the error.
e) Software measurement and monitoring ray module
f) Real-time monitor if parameters like kV and mAs are normal. When the
abnormality is detected, the device will stop to run automatically and report the
error.
7.2 Procedure and Method to handle failures
a) Shut down the device and disconnect the power supply immediately.
b) Determine the causes and fix the failures in accordance with the error signals
and the operation manual.
c) If the error still cannot be eliminated after such process, please contact the
factory professionals to handle such issue.
7.3 Emergency Measures
The device contains a variety of smart protection devices. In case of emergency,
disconnect the power supply immediately to prevent the situation gets worse.
Then contact the factory professional to handle the issue.
