Drive Belt Height Adjustment
The drive belt height must be checked every time a new drive
belt is installed and as part of the pre-ride inspection.
To adjust the drive belt height, proceed as follows:
1. Remove tether cord cap from engine cut-off switch.
2. Remove drive belt guard.
3. Loosen the clamping bolt.

4. Using the suspension adjustment tool provided, turn the
ring 1/4 turn at a time then rotate the driven pulley to
properly set the drive belt between the pulley sheaves.
