Failure Mode Displays
Displayed if the leakage current exceeds the high limit
setting, but does not exceed the metering range.
Displayed if the leakage current does not exceed the low
limit setting.
Displayed if there is a short circuit in the DUT during the test.
4320 only. Displayed if a flash over occurs in the DUT during
the test, which results in an OFL condition due to the current
exceeds the maximum metering range.
4520 only. Displayed if a flash over occurs in the DUT during
the test, which results in an OFL condition due to the current
exceeds the maximum metering range.
