Contact our customer support department (1-847-932-3662) for an RMA (return materials authorization)
number. Please enclose the tester with all options, accessories, and test leads. Indicate the nature of the
problem or type of service needed. Also, please mark the container "FRAGILE" to insure proper handling.
Please refer to the RMA number for all correspondence.
Packaging Instructions:
1. Be sure to REMOVE ALL ACCESSORIES and the INTERLOCK DISABLE from the tester.
2. Wrap the tester in a bubble pack or similar foam. Enclose the same information as above.
3. Use a strong double-wall container that is made for shipping instrumentation. 350 lb. test material
is adequate.
4. Use a layer of shock-absorbing material 70 to 100 mm (3 to 4 inch) thick around all sides of the
tester. Protect the control panel with cardboard.
5. Seal the container securely.
6. Mark the container "FRAGILE" to insure proper handling.
7. Please ship models 4320/4520 via Federal Express or UPS air.
8. Please refer in all correspondence to your RMA number.
