18 Troubleshooting

18.1 Error message on the SunnyHomeManager
LED status Cause and corrective measures
Status LED: off The SunnyHomeManager is not supplied with voltage.
Corrective measures:
• Connect the SunnyHomeManager to the voltage supply (see Section8.2,
page23).
Status LED: flashing red The SunnyHomeManager cannot establish the connection to SunnyPortal auto-
matically.
Corrective measures:
• Use the SunnyHomeManagerAssistant (see Section18.6, page130).
Performance LED: off The SunnyHomeManager has not been registered in SunnyPortal yet.
Corrective measures:
• Register the SunnyHomeManager in SunnyPortal (see Section9.1,
page29).
If the SunnyHomeManager is used as an energy meter, it does not have to be
registered - and the performance LED never glows.
Performance LED: glowing red The SunnyHomeManager cannot establish the connection to SunnyPortal auto-
matically. One or several of the devices in the system is/are in a fault state. This
could not be reported yet to SunnyPortal due to the connection failure.
Corrective measures:
• Check connection and configuration of all devices in the system.
Performance LED: flashing red The SunnyHomeManager cannot establish the connection to SunnyPortal auto-
matically.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is correctly connected to the router
(see Section8.3.2, page26).
• Use the SunnyHomeManagerAssistant (see Section18.6, page130).
