As a last resort, reset the network settings of the Sunny WebBox via the Reset button by pressing and holding it for 5–15 seconds, and set your computer to the Sunny WebBox default settings.

Ensure the SD card is formatted with the FAT16 file system and has a storage capacity of no more than 2 GB. If problems persist, use one of the SD cards supplied by SMA. External backup might be disabled, the SD card might not be formatted with the FAT16 file system, the Sunny WebBox might not support SD cards with storage capacities of more than 2 GB or SDHC cards, or the SD card might not be compatible with the Sunny WebBox.

  This issue occurs due to double Sunny Portal registration. The replacement Sunny WebBox logs into Sunny Portal with a new plant identifier, causing Sunny Portal to create a new plant, even if the name is the same. Assign the plant ID of the old plant to the replacement device. Enter the e-mail address of a user who has administrator rights for the plant in Sunny Portal in the replacement device. Delete the new plant the replacement device created in Sunny Portal.
