Problem Cause and corrective measures
The animated graphic on the
page Current status and Fore-
cast is not displaying any current
data.
It is possible that no PV generation meter is connected to the SunnyHomeMan-
ager and that too many data capture devices are simultaneously accessing the
devices of your PV system.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that, apart from the SunnyHomeManager, a maximum of 2 other
data capture devices are accessing your system at any one time.
No data is displayed on the Cur-
rent tab on the page Load Bal-
ance and Control.
Too many data capture devices may be simultaneously accessing the devices of
your system.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that, apart from the SunnyHomeManager, a maximum of 2 other
data capture devices are accessing your system at any one time.
No data is displayed on the Cur-
rent tab on the page Energy
Balance.
It is possible that no PV generation meter is connected to the SunnyHomeMan-

It might be possible that no energy meters or not all energy meters are connected
to the SunnyHomeManager or they are not configured.
Corrective measures:
• Connect the energy meters to the SunnyHomeManager and configure (see
Section9.1, page29).

SunnyPortal might not be able to receive any data from the SunnyHomeMan-
ager.
Corrective measures:
• Make sure that the connection between the SunnyHomeManager and the
SunnyPortal is established (see Section8.3, page26).
An exclamation mark is perma-
nently displayed after parameters
have been changed.
It might be possible that the SunnyPortal could not transfer the parameters to the
SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
• Make sure that the connection between the SunnyHomeManager and the
SunnyPortal is established (see Section8.3, page26).
Device parameters are not up-
dated.
It is possible that the device cannot be accessed.
Corrective measures:
• Try to manually update the device parameters.
SunnyPortal is displaying unreal-
istic data.
The integrated measuring device of the SunnyHomeManager or the separate
SMAEnergyMeter might not be correctly connected or configured.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that all devices are correctly connected and configured.
