emissions.

Only for certain countries: you can find
the current
consumption and emission val-
ues of your vehicle in the COC documents
(EU CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY). These
documents are delivered with your vehicle.
The consumption figures were in each case
based on the currently applicable version:

for vehicles that comply with or exceed
the EURO 5 standard, in accordance with
Regulation (EC) No. 715/2007
Deviations from these values may occur
under normal operating conditions.
Recommendations for driving economically:

Make sure the tyre pressures are correct.

Avoid unnecessary loads.

Warm up the engine while driving at low
engine speeds.

Vehicles with manual transmission: change
to a higher gear in good time.

Vehicles with automatic transmission:
drive the vehicle in drive program E (Com-
fort).

Accelerate moderately.
R
Drive with care.
R
Release the accelerator pedal in good time.
R
Allow the vehicle to coast without using the
brakes.

Have maintenance work carried out at the
specified service intervals.

Environmental note
Avoid excessive engine speeds. This
unnecessarily
increases
the fuel consump-
tion of your vehicle and harms the envi-
ronment as a result of increased emissions.

Overrevving range
The overrevving range of the engine is shown
with dashed lines in the orange marking of
rev
counter :

to protect the engine when the overrevving
range is reached.
