4.5 POSITIONING REEL HOLDER SUPPORT AND PRODUCT
HOLDING PLATE
The reel holder support 1 must be adjusted according to the width L of the product being
packaged. Leave approximately 1-2 cm between the product and the sealing edge as shown
in the figure.
4.6 FIRST FILM SEALING
This operation to be performed before starting product packaging consists in introducing
approximately 10 cm of film in the packaging tank and then lowering the hood 2, pressing it on
the film with your left hand with a pressure of approximately 10-15 kg.
The machine will begin operating automatically and will quickly perform the first sealing on the
left side of the film.
