4.7 PACKAGING PRODUCTS
After having performed the first film sealing
operation, introduce the product to be
packaged in the bag, placing it on the specific
product support.
Pull the film with your left hand while your
right hand moves the product inside the
packaging tank positioning it on the product
support mesh at approximately 1-2 cm from
the sealing blade. Now lower the hood and as
soon as it enters into contact with the sealing
blade, apply a pressure of 10-15 kg on it.
When the machine buzzes, let the hood open and with your right hand help the rest of the film
separate to keep it from sticking to the blade when cooling.
