2.4 ATH Hang up
Signals the MS to terminate an active call.
2.5 ATL Monitor Speaker Loudness
Controls the volume of the monitor speaker. The specific loudness level
indicated by “low”, “medium” and “high” is manufacturer specific. It is
intended to indicate increasing volume.
