You can display the [EDIT] menu by pressing the MENU button when the THUMBNAIL or
playback screen is displayed.
REC LAMP[F]
ON, OFF Sets whether to turn on the recording lamp on
the front of the camcorder when recording.
REC LAMP[R]
ON, OFF Sets whether to turn on the recording lamp on
the rear of the camcorder when recording.
REMOTE CONTROL
ON, OFF Sets whether to use the infrared Wireless
Remote Commander (p. 14).

Formats a memory card (p. 83).

USB CONNECT
Use this if [USB CONNECT] does not appear
after connecting the camcorder to another
device with a USB cable.
USB LUN SET
MULTI, SINGLE Improves compatibility by limiting the
functions of the USB connection.
Set to [MULTI] under normal conditions. Set
to [SINGLE] if you are unable to connect
using the [MULTI] setting.
OPERATION TIME
Displays the total hours of operation in 10-hour
units.
VERSION DISPLAY
Displays the version of your camcorder.
Be sure to check for firmware updates.
To perform an update, use the AC Adaptor.
INITIALIZE
Resets all settings, including the clock setting
to their default values.
The contents configured in a picture profile
are not reset.
