Intruding on a busy line
1 Press the Options key
2 Scroll to the Intrude option
OK
3 Press OK
Note: Both parties can hear you when you
do this
Waiting for a busy extension
It may be that your system does not support this feature for you. If that is
the case, you will not have access to it.
1 Press the Options key
2 Scroll to the I’ll wait option
OK
3 Press OK
Now the other person knows that you are
waiting. Wait for the call to be answered
and proceed as for a normal call.
