Copying an entry from the extra phonebook to the
personal directory
This section is only valid if your system provides an extra phonebook
1 Press the Options key.
2 Scroll to one of the extra phonebooks

3 Press OK
4 Key the first letter of the name you are
calling for example, to enter B press key

Scroll if necessary to find the name you
want
OK
6 Press OK to select the name and to see
the extension number
7 Press the Options key (shown on the
display: Copy to directory ?)

8 Press OK
Note: The name/number can now be
edited [D330 only] or erased: press
Options key and OK
OK

Press OK twice to copy the name and the
number to your personal directory
