Damper Service
200 Hour Service Damper Service
Remove the compression damper top cap and piston o-rings.
Apply grease to the new o-rings and install them. Apply grease to the
top cap threads.
Remove the rebound damper piston glide ring and discard it.
Install a new glide ring.
Remove the o-rings from the seal head.
Install new o-rings onto the seal head.
Apply grease to the new o-rings and seal head.
NOTICE
Do not scratch the sealing surfaces. Scratches cause oil to leak.
