Insert the jack connection to the center hole on the rear part
of the deck and connect the wheel nut wrench, and then turn
the wheel nut wrench counterclockwise.
If the spare tire is on the ground, pull out the lift plate from
the spare tire wheel.

• When stowing the spare tire to the carrier, be sure to firmly se-
cure it to the carrier holder.
• Stow the repaired or new spare tire in place. When stowing the
spare tire, make sure that the outer surface of the tire (wheel
nut side) is facing down. Check also if the spare tire is firmly
secured in place.
Always make sure that the spare tire and jacking equipment are
properly secured after use. Such items can become dangerous
projectiles in an accident or sudden stop.
