DOOR LOCK BUTTON
1. Lock Door and Tailgate (Briefly
Press)
• Pressing this button locks all doors and
the tailgate and theft deterrent mode.
• When the theft deterrent mode is
activated, the emergency hazard lights
blink twice.
REMOTE CONTROL KEY FUNCTIONS (ACTYON SPORTS)
UNLOCK/PANIC BUTTON
1. Unlock Door and Tailgate (Briefly Press)
• Pressing this button briefly unlocks all doors and the tail-
gate and deactivates the theft deterrent mode.
• When the theft deterrent mode is deactivated, the emer-
gency hazard lights blink once.
2. Panic Function (Press and Hold)
• Pressing and holding this button for over 2 seconds in
the theft deterrent mode makes the emergency hazard
lights blink and sets off the acoustic warning for approxi-
mately 27 seconds.
• Pressing any of the buttons on the remote control key de-
activates the function.
PANIC BUTTON*
(operative only when the ignition key is
inserted)
Sounds intermittent buzzer for about 27 seconds
• With the doors (except for the tailgate) open, they cannot be
locked by the remote control key.
• The panic functions operate in the theft deterrent mode.
• The electronic components inside the remote control are very
sensitive to moisture or heat. Please do not expose them to mois-
ture or heat.
• After locking the doors using the remote control key, check again
if they are locked to make sure the vehicle itself or your per-
sonal belongings in the vehicle will not be stolen.
• All doors and the engine hood (except for the tailgate) should
be closed to the theft deterrent mode.
