Incident message Description Type
Grid voltage too
high
The grid voltage applied on the inverter exceeds the
permissible value. Pursuant to statutory regulations, the
inverter switches off automatically as long as this fault is
pending.
u
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage too
high for switch-
on
After switch-off, the inverter cannot inject again because the
grid voltage exceeds the legally prescribed switch-on value.
u
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage too
low
The grid voltage applied on the inverter is below the
permissible value. Pursuant to statutory regulations, the
inverter switches off automatically as long as this fault is
pending.
u
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid current DC
offset too high
The DC current power share that is injected by the inverter into
the grid exceeds the permissible value. Pursuant to statutory
regulations, the inverter switches off automatically as long as
this fault is pending.
u
Notify your installer.
Islanding has
been detected
The grid is not carrying any voltage (self-run of the inverter).
For safety reasons the inverter is not allowed to inject into the
grid. It switches itself off as long as the error is present (display
dark).
u
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Internal info

Internal error
u
Contact your installer if this alarm occurs frequently.
Insulation error
The insulating resistance between plus and minus input and
ground has dropped below the permissible value. For safety
reasons the inverter is not allowed to inject into the grid.
u
Notify your installer.
Incorrect country
setting
There is an inconsistency between the selected country setting
and the country setting stored in memory.
u
Notify your installer.
Invalid country
parameters
The inverter cannot inject into the grid because it has no valid
parameters.
u
Notify your installer.
