Replacing and transporting the bat
tery
– Close the battery safety catches (2) until
they latch into place.
– Plug in the battery male conne
ctor (1)
CAUTION
There is a risk of a short circuit
occurring if the cables are damaged!
Do not crush the battery cable when
closing the battery cover.
– Ensure that the battery cable does
not come into contact with the
battery cover.
– Close the battery cover.
Replacing the battery with the
hydraulic battery carrier
Preconditions
The following prerequisites apply when
replacing a battery with the hydraulic battery
carrier:
• The extension a
rea must be free of obsta-
cles
• The ground must be clean, even and offer
sufficient load capacity
NOTE
If a battery is deeply discharged, it is not
possible to use the battery carrier.
