Normal working day procedure
After having inserted a driver card the VU
processes the driver card data. This may take
up to a minute.
When a driver card has been authenticated,
the name of the card holder is displayed.
Information about last driver card with-
drawal time is shown for a short time.
If you driver card was last withdrawn from
the VU more than 24 hours ago, you will be
displayed a warning
(컄 Last withdrawal time warning‚ page 24).
Then you are asked if this is a continuation
of a working day:
Last withdrawal time warning
This warning is displayed if your last with-
drawal of driver card was done more than
24 hours ago.
왘 Acknowledge the message.
왘 The VU automatically finishes last work-
ing day and creates a new working day.
Manual entries are required.
