In case manual entries are needed
A working day is defined by the activities
carried out by driver 1 and driver 2.
Manual entries are needed in case a change
of activity has not been entered at the time
of the change. The activity then has to be en-
tered manually at next insertion of driver
card.
Each activity has to be defined by:
앫 Type of activity
앫 Activity start time.
앫 Activity end time.
Limitations for entering of time
There are limitations for the entering of time
to define a working day and its activities:
Working day start/end times:
앫 start time can’t be set earlier than the
time of the last driver card
withdrawal
앫 end time can’t be set later than
the time for the last driver card
insertion.
Activities start/end time can be
entered:
앫 for up to 24 hours after last withdrawal
of driver card
앫 for up to 24 hours before recent
insertion of driver card.
Time periods for adjacent activities
may not overlap in time.
