In case manual entries are needed
Manual entries are needed in case a change
of activity has not been entered at the time
of the change.
You have to manually enter these activities
at next insertion of driver card.
User scenario 2
You are continuing the present working day,
but you have for a period worked with no
driver card inserted.

User scenario 3a, 3b or 3c
This is a new working day with previous ac-
tivities. You have either:
with no driver card inserted.

For the easiest use of the tachograph, en-
ter all changes of activities at the time of
respective change for each driver.

3a. Started this working day, or
3b. Finished last working day, or
3c. Finished last working day and
started this working day,

앫 Manual entries can be made only
when the vehicle is stationary.
앫 It is possible to enter up to
16 activities.
앫 Manual entry procedure will end and
save the recently completed entries if
you:
앫 Don’t interact with the VU for
1minute.
앫 Begin driving the vehicle.
앫 Insert or withdraw a driver card
in the other slot.
앫 Press and hold the button
(cancel).
