Why: replace a printing head only after consulting with an authorized customer support engineer.
How:
• Use the pattern test to determine which heads need replacing.
• Run the Head Optimization Wizard.
• Remove the defective head.
Note: Make sure that with the head/s you remove the two rubber O-ring seals.
• Install a new print head.
• Perform head alignment calibration.
