1. If you have a large volume of parts, let it soak either in just plain room
temperature water, or in a solution of water and dish detergent, for an hour or
two it will help loosen up the support material.
Note: Don’t use warm water as PolyJet parts tend to soften and warp in heat
2. Hand remove as much of the material as you can
(a probe set can be handy here)
3. Use high pressure waterjet to give the part a deeper clean,
be carful not to damage delicate models
4. Use a Scotch-Brite™ pad to help remove support residue.
5. Soak the part in 1-2% Sodium Hydroxide bath solution for 1-2 hours.
6. Rinse and dry
