The lower backplane connector provides power, AUX and I2C signals to the board whereas the upper connector
incorporates the SUTDER high-speed inter-cluster communication fabric interface (TDM) as well as the audio
clock signals. On the front 1 HD Link can be connected to the D21m subsystem or any external D21m frame
and carries 96 channels IN and 96 channels OUT.
2.4.3 Compact SCore Audio Clock Card
The global Audio Clock source is provided by the Compact SCore Audio Clock Card (1.943.330) that can be
synchronized to an external Word Clock, AES/EBU signal or Video source via the front connectors.
The backplane connector of the Compact SCore Audio Clock card provides power to the board and carries out
the global audio clock to the TDM bus.
2.4.4 Compact SCore Time Sync Card
The Time Sync card (1.943.340) synchronizes the system clock of the Host Card via UART on the backplane
connector.
The front connectors support DCF77 and many other clock sources.
