NAME addfru - add a Field Replaceable Unit (FRU)
SYNOPSIS addfru
addfru -h
DESCRIPTION The addfru(8) command adds an FRU.
The addfru(8) command enables the user to make the settings that are required for
FRU addition and related to selecting, confirming, and mounting FRUs,
interactively using menus.
The following FRUs can be added by the addfru(8) command:
■ CPU/Memory Board unit (CMU)
■ I/O unit (IOU)
■ Fan unit (FANU)
■ Power supply unit (PSU)
Privileges You must have fieldeng privileges to run this command.
Refer to setprivileges(8) for more information.
OPTIONS The following option is supported:
EXIT STATUS The following exit values are returned:
